Why is my OTA calendar empty?

When you first connect with HotelRunner/MyAllocator, your calendar on that site will appear to be ‘empty.’ What this means is that the allocator hasn’t sent out any price or availability data to any of your available channels yet.

The calendar being empty does not mean that your hotel will have 'no availability' on these sites. Your price/availability on those sites will not change after you connect. Updates will only be sent after you have connected, which means only new data will be sent.

In the case where your Bellebnb account is more up to date than any of your channels (e.g., for those of you new to channel management) you can choose to publish availability to all your channels when you connect your rooms to the channel manager. Just be sure to select ‘Publish Availability’ when you publish each newly connected room.
